Community Initiatives Coordinator – Full Time

Geraldton Based

This position is responsible for leading a suite of evidenced based prevention and health promotion programs, curriculum, resources and expertise to support a whole of community approach in the Midwest Region. The CIC supports and is responsible for ensuring the Community Initiatives Team (CIT) collaboratively achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to participate in events after hours as required.

Community Initiatives Officer – Full or Part Time

Geraldton Based

The Community Initiatives Officer (CIO) reports to the Community Initiatives Coordinator (CIC) and is part of the Community Initiatives Team. This position is responsible for the delivery of a suite of evidence based prevention and health promotion programs, curriculum utilising resources and expertise that supports a whole of community approach in the Midwest Region. The Community Initiatives team as a whole are responsible for meeting set key performance indicators (KPI’s). Each CIO has a specialised portfolio with KPI’s they are responsible for. This position description should be read in conjunction with the allocated portfolio.

This role is required to work flexibly to participate in events after hours, as required.

Rural Services Officer – Full or Part Time

Morawa Based

Based in Morawa this position is responsible for the coordination of outreach services and evidenced based prevention and health promotion programs to support a whole of community approach in neighbouring shires. A strategic plan for this region has been completed, this role will take the words off paper and transition them to effective activities.

This is a part-time position, with some flexibility in work hours according to circumstance.
